The Raymarine T 2 12 Volt hydraulic pump is designed for installation on vessels with existing hydraulic steering systems, but can also be used with mechanical steering systems by combining it with a hydraulic cylinder.
Always check the volume (cc) of the cylinder mounted on the vessel or engine before proceeding with the installation.
